PURPOSE: To form a superconductor with an optional superconductor raw material composition by using a superconductor made of a metallic composite oxide including copper as a resonator composition so as to facilitate the forming of the resonator and improving the accuracy of size in a short time.
CONSTITUTION: The resonator consists of a superconduction cavity resonator 6, supports 7∼12 and antenna insertion holes 13, 14. In manufacturing the resonator, at first the raw material of superconductors 15∼20 is formed into powder by a raw material supply part 21 and the powder is supplied to a plasma melt- spray part 23. In supplying the supports 7∼12 to the plasma melt-spray part 23 from the support supply part 22, the superconduction raw material is jetted onto the surface of the supports 7∼12 to form a film. Further, the film on the surface of the supports 7∼12 is sintered in a sintering part 24 to form the superconductors 15∼20 on the surface of the supports 7∼12. Then the surface of the superconductors 15∼20 is polished by a surface polish part 25 and the supports 7∼12 are assembled into the structure of cavity resonator by the cavity resonator assembling part 26 so that the supercouductors 15∼20 whose surface is polished are opposed to each other.
