Title:
SUPERCONDUCTION MAGNETIC BVEARING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3205032
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a superconduction magnetic bearing device which prevents generation of an eddy current owing to vibration of a rotary body and unevenness in the magnetic field of a magnet and reduces a rotation loss since the structural material, such as a support material, of a superconduction magnetic bearing is formed of an electric insulating material or a high resistance maternal.
CONSTITUTION: A low temperature container to store a low temperature refrigerant, a superconduction support material 14 for fixing a plurality of high temperature superconductors 13 mounted on the low temperature container, a permanent magnet 15 arranged opposite to the high temperature superconductor 13, a magnet supporting material 16 to support the permanent magnet 15, and the structural material of the low temperature container and a magnetic bearing, such as the superconduction support material 14 and the magnet supporting material 16, are formed of an electric insulating substance or a high resistance material.
