To increase a radial pinning force without causing upsizing of a device.
A super conductive pump 10 comprises: a rotating body part 14 including a rotating shaft 38, a first magnet part 32 fixed to the rotating shaft 38, and a second magnet part 44 fixed to the rotating shaft 38; and a fixed body part 12 including a superconductor 24 including a first opposed surface 24a opposed to the first magnet part 32 and a second opposed surface 24b opposed to the second magnet part 44, and a cooling part 26 for cooling the superconductor 24. The first magnet part 32 is arranged around the rotating shaft 38, and comprises a first permanent magnet 74 including a first magnetic pole surface 74a opposed to the first opposed surface 24a. The second magnetic part 44 is arranged around the rotating shaft 38, and comprises a second permanent magnet 84 including a second magnetic pole surface 84a opposed to the second opposed surface 24b. The polarity of the first magnetic pole surface 74a is opposite of the polarity of the second magnetic pole surface 84a.
