PURPOSE: To avoid the generation of quenching of, for instance, a superconductive coil for a nuclear fusion experiment equipment by a method wherein the earth insulation on the surface to the winding side of a support is made of textile reinforced insulation layer which is semi-hardened before supporting insulation spacers and formes guide grooves when it is hardened.
CONSTITUTION: Semi-hardened textile reinforced material is pasted on the surface of a frame support 1a to the side of which the winding is provided. Then the winding 2 is fitted and insulation spacers 3 are struck into a gap between the winding 2 and the support 1a. After that the whole composition is heated and dried and the textile reinforced insulation layer 9 is formed. At that time the spacers 3 are tightly adhered and fixed to the insulation layer 9 via guide grooves 7. Thus only the parts of the insulation layer 9 which are compressed by the spacers are made recesses and the resin with which the semi-hardened textile reinforced material is impregnated performs also as adhesive, so that the spacers are made adhered to one body with the insulation layer 9. Accordingly, the generation of quenching is avoided.
