Title:
SUPERCONDUCTIVE MULTIPLEXED CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05264696
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a superconductive multiplexed circuit which can be multiplexed with a single circuit even when the channel number of a SQUID sensor is increased and prevent an increase in power consumption.

CONSTITUTION: Shift resisters 231-23m have multi-bit constitution and successively shift bits outputting true values. AND circuits 221-22n are plurally provided to each bit of the shift resisters to fetch the output signals of the SQUID sensor by the plural number corresponding to the bits outputting the true values of the shift resisters. A plurality of OR circuits 241-24n are provided by the same number as the AND circuits provided on one bit of the shift resister to fetch the output signals of the AND circuits corresponding to the bits outputting the true values of the shift resisters and supply them to a room temperature system.
