The superconducting three terminal element is provided with the first superconducting layer 1 made of a layer crystalline structure working as a tunnel type Josephson junction, the second superconducting layer 2 having the first terminals functioned with one surface of the first superconducting layer 1 and the third superconducting layers 3, 4 having the second and the third terminals 6, 7 separated into two parts respectively junctioned with the other surface of the first layer 1. Furthermore, the first superconducting layer 1 is composed of various Bi base, Ti base and the other superconductors besides the Bi base 2201 superconductor.
