Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance cooling performance by decreasing the intrusion of heat radiation from the outside for an inner container at the very low temperature containing a superconductor coil member, and decreasing the effect of the heat caused by induced current and the like.
CONSTITUTION: A film layer 11 having the low heat radiation rate comprising conductive metal material is formed on the outer surfaces of a superconductor coil member 4 and an inner container 3 for containing refrigerant for cooling the superconductor coil member 4. The film layer 11 is divided in the circumferential direction of the inner container 3.
