Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductor filter device using a superconductor by which heat inflow from the outside part can be suppressed and electric loss can be reduced.
SOLUTION: This superconductor filter device is provided with a vacuum container 1 having input and output terminals, a cold head 6 arranged in the vacuum container, a transmission line 4 of normal conductors 42 and 43 supported in the vacuum container 1, connected to the input and output terminals, and thermally insulated from the cold head, and a superconductor structure which is thermally connected to the cold head, includes with a superconductor layer, faces the transmission line and is electromangnetically coupled so that a band rejection filter is constituted.
