To keep refrigeration power even when a device is replaced by a refrigerating device for a HFC refrigerant in existing indoor equipment and indoor piping designed for a HCFC refrigerant, to prevent degradation of operation efficiency caused by increase of pressure loss by preventing increase of the flow rate of the refrigerant, and to prevent mold occurring around the indoor piping by preventing dew condensation occurring on the indoor piping.
Dew condensation on the indoor piping is prevented to prevent the occurrence of mold around the indoor piping by increasing the refrigerating power of a compressor of a sub-refrigerating cycle when a refrigerant temperature of an outlet on a main refrigerating cycle of a supercooling heat exchanger is higher than a saturation temperature of the refrigerant.
