To keep refrigeration power even when a device is replaced by a refrigerating device for HFC refrigerant in existing indoor equipment and indoor piping designed for a HCFC refrigerant, to prevent degradation of operation efficiency caused by increase of pressure loss by suppressing increase of a flow rate of the refrigerant, and to prevent mold generation around the indoor piping by preventing dew condensation generated on the indoor piping.
The dew condensation on a surface of the indoor piping is prevented and the mold generation around the indoor piping is prevented by reducing a valve opening of a pressure reducing device of a sub-refrigerating cycle when a refrigerant temperature of a main refrigerating cycle-side outlet of a heat exchanger for supercooling is lower than a saturation temperature.
