Title:
SUPERCOOLING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009036508
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To stably operate an indoor facility by setting the temperature of a refrigerant flowing in the indoor facility constant, by preventing reduction in operation efficiency by an increase in a pressure loss by restraining an increase in a flow speed of the refrigerant, by maintaining refrigeration capacity even when replaced with a refrigeration device for an HFC-based refrigerant, in the existing indoor facility and an indoor pipe designed for an HCFC-based refrigerant.

The predetermined refrigerant temperature of a liquid refrigerant capable of supplying the refrigeration capacity required for the indoor facility of a main refrigeration cycle 1 is set, and the stable refrigeration capacity is supplied in the indoor facility by increasing the refrigeration capacity of a compressor 300 of a sub-refrigeration cycle 3 when the refrigerant temperature is higher than the predetermined refrigerant temperature so that the refrigerant temperature of a main refrigeration cycle side outlet of a supercooling heat exchanger 305 becomes the same as the predetermined refrigerant temperature.
