Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloy material having superelastic property while being Ni free, good in X-ray imaging property, processability and strength property and suitable in a medical field.SOLUTION: There is provided a superelastic alloy manufactured by adding Fe or Co to a Au-Cu-Al alloy and containing 12.5 mass% to 16.5 mass% of Cu, 3.0 mass% to 5.5 mass% of Al, 0.01 mass% to 2.0 mass% of Fe or Co and the balance Au and having difference between the Al content and the Cu content (Cu-Al) of 12 mass% or less.
