To provide a superficial skin cloth for an ink pad placed on the surface layer of ink or fluid for a vermilion ink-pad or the intermediate layer which is interposed between the absorption-storage element and other material superficial skin and which can obtain sharp characters obtained by stamping with a rubber stamp or the like without causing faints or bleeding and can freely control the density.
The superficial skin cloth for the ink pad is constituted of a woven fabric comprising synthetic filament fiber having a single fiber fineness of 0.1 decitex (dtex) to 1.0 decitex (dtex), having a cover factor (CF) of the woven fabric of 2,000 to 4,000. The cover factor (CF) is expressed in formula: cover factor = warp density × (fineness of warp)
