PURPOSE: To obtain the compd. having an improved electrical conductivity by mixing a metal salt org. solvent soln. and a thermoplastic polymer org. solvent soln., precipitating a polymer contg. the metal salt and precipitating a metal element from the metal salt within the polymer.

CONSTITUTION: The objective compsn. is obtd. by uniformly mixing the metal salt org. solvent soln. and the thermoplastic polymer org. solvent soln. (more adequately by adding the fine powder of a conductive simple substance metal thereto), precipitating the superfine particle-like thermoplastic polymer (more preferably precipitating the same on the surface of the fine powder of the metal described above) contg. the metal salt by cooling the resultant liquid mixture or injecting the liquid mixture into an org. solvent which is a lean solvent of the thermoplastic polymer and is different from the respective org. solvents described above or the water to precipitate the superfine particulate thermoplastic polymer contg. the metal salt (preferably, precipitate on the surface of the fine metal powder described above) and precipitating the metal element from the metal salt within the superfine particles of the thermoplastic polymer by a difference the effect of a reducing agent or a difference in the tendency to ionization.
