Abstract:
To provide a superheated steam generator capable of efficiently heating a fluid flowing in a pipe body.
The superheated steam generator is provided with the conductive pipe body 11 supplied with the fluid from one end; an internal heating element 12 arranged in the pipe body 11; and an induction coil 20 wound around the pipe body 11 to allow an induced current to flow to the pipe body 11 and the internal heating element 12, wherein superheated steam is generated by heating the fluid in the pipe body 11 by the induced current. A peripheral wall of the pipe body is provided with a slit 13 along the axial direction of the pipe body 11, and the slit is blocked with an insulating material 14.
