Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a superheated vapor generation controller including a vapor generator having a vaporization chamber with a plurality of grooves of different height and depth in which superheated vapor can be generated quickly and controlled to be directed toward a small or unaccessible object.
CONSTITUTION: A vaporization chamber 126 is arranged in the center of a superheated vapor generator 120 and the spherical face 125 of a chamber 126 is cut into a plurality of ridges 127 and grooves 127'. The ridges 127 and grooves 127' vary randomly in height and depth preferably in the range of 0.03-0.05 inch. The ridges 127 and grooves 127' are arranged substantially concentrically about the axis of the superheated vapor generator 120. Furthermore, a part 130 for receiving a heating element cartridge 132 is formed in the superheated vapor generator 120 and contains a lead wire having an electric terminal connected with an electric unit in the vapor generator such that power supply to the heating element 132 is interrupted hen a desired temperature is reached.
