PURPOSE: To enhance fluidity of concrete and resistance to material separation by combining and adding an acrylic thickener and a plasticizer to concrete and regulating the amount of unit bonding material of concrete to specified value or below.

CONSTITUTION: Superplasticized concrete is produced by combining and adding an acrylic thickener and a plasticizer to concrete and also regulating the amount of unit bonding material of concrete to ≤350kg/m3. Thereby, since both fluidity of concrete and resistance to material separation are enhanced, the need for dispersing and tamping the obtained superplasticized concrete into a formwork is eliminated. Therefore, omission of execution is contrived. Further, since the obtained concrete fills the considerable part of the formwork and reinforcing steel by gravity, compaction work is diminished and manpower saving is permitted inexecution and also uniformity of concrete is held. Therefore, deterioration of yield strength and durability of a structure is not caused and also dry shrinkage rate is low.
