The superposed woven fabric 10 has a triple structure, using bulky filament yarns as wefts 14, 15 for the middle layer in the triple structure. The superposed woven fabric 10 has wholly a light and puffy feeling and further has an excellent heat-retaining property due to the bulky yarns. When polyurethane elastic yarns are further used as the wefts of the middle layer, the middle layer and the upper and lower layers are shrunk to give larger puffiness and bulkiness.
