Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain selectivity, at the same time reduce a detection limit, and provide an on-line and real-time measuring device by including an organic molecule such as dioxin to be noticed in a supersonic molecular jet with high concentration. SOLUTION: A pre-treating device and method for supersonic molecular jet laser spectrochemical analysis is provided with a sample holder 21 for installing a suction layer 4 for sucking an organic molecule, a sample-introducing chamber 9 for accommodating the sample holder 21, an exhaust part 7 for performing the vacuum evacuation of the sample-introducing chamber 9, a rare gas introduction part 22 for introducing a rare gas into the sample- introducing chamber 9, a light application part for applying light to a heating part 11 for heating the sample and/or the sample, and pulse valve 14 for generating a molecular jet. A supersonic molecular jet loser spectrochemical analysis device uses the pre-treating device.
