Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve reliability by driving both in synchronization by providing a digital type arithmetic system to detect change rate of plural continuous gain and a circuit to supervise continuation for a settled time for detecting differential type change rate. CONSTITUTION:Continuous rate M1-Mm detected by a measurement circuit is added to a digital arithmetic unit 7 and an amplifier 110 by synchronizing scanners 31-3m and 101-10m, at the same time as it is added to an amplifier 160 by a scanner 151-15m to work with a settled time delayed. The digital arithmetic unit 7 seeks change rate from the difference in comparison with a value of one cycle before, by which level is given the output. Outputs of the amplifiers 110, 160 are differentiated by differentiators 120, 170, and when their outputs stand over a settled value, timers 140, 190 are worked. What is given out as control signals is logical sum of the output of the timers 140, 190 and of the output of the digital arithmetic unit.
