An information generating part 1-2 constructs addition.change information inputs which are from a host or are manually inputted in a database for a system operation. These data are stored in an information file 1-3 and definition information memory 1-4. The data are also sent to a summary data generating part 1-5 and stored in an information file 1-6 and definition information file 1-7. Information on the memory 1-7 is sent to a screen data part 1-8 and also generates corresponding data to a screen. A screen displaying part 1-9 refers to information of the part 1-8 about monitor information from monitored object that is inputted to a monitor information input processing part 1-10 and shows it on a screen.
