Abstract:
PURPOSE: To especially suppress the supply amt. of a granular material forming a decorative layer low by attaching an inclined plate inclined in the direction opposite to the running direction of a conveyor and leaving the gap corresponding to the supply thickness of the granular material between its lower edge and the conveyor to the lower part of an opening part.
CONSTITUTION: The granular material flowing down along an inclined plate 4 is downwardly supplied from the lower edge 4a of the inclined plate 4 and extremely low in charge pressure and has no possibility involving the granular material on the upper surface of the intermediate layer supplied by a supply device provided to a B-position at a C-position to make a boundary clear. When the charge pressure is relaxed, there is no possibility such that the granular material forming an intermediate layer (b) or a base layer (a) is exposed to a surface even if the supply thickness of a decorative layer (c) is reduced and a ceramic panel excellent in design effect and surface smoothness is finished. Since the lower edge 4a of the inclined plate 4 is inclined in the direction opposite to the running direction of a conveyor 8, the upper surface of the granular material can be leveled by the lower edge 4a of the inclined plate 4.
