In the supply chain management system, the architectural design office which submits a proposal to a project drafted by an autonomous community or the like prepares a project proposal, a business proposal, or the like relating to the project by retrieving/browsing a database installed in the system, feedbacks the prepared project proposal, business proposal, or the like to the database, processes them to data for each field with the project belonging thereto, and stores them by generalizing, typifying and advancing them to thereby share design/proposal know-how, or the like.
