Abstract:
To provide supply chain management that can speedily cope with use prospect data, realizes production matching sales to reduce inventory properties, and can level the production.
Demand and supply adjustments are made, based on at least one of use prospecting data representing the number of the prospective number of products to be used and order receiving data, and a support plan, based on the result of the demand and supply adjustments is reported to a customer. A product map is generated, based on the result of demand and supply adjustments, items for production to order, and items for market production. Products are previously held in stock, and production is arranged according to a decrease in stock by reference to the production map.
