The recording medium 3 is pulled out or rewound by the positive or reverse rotation of two driving rollers 4 contacting the outer periphery of its lower part. The outer periphery at the upper part of the recording medium 3 is always thrust by a thrusting roller 20 to prevent the looseness of a rolled portion even when the conditions of looseness and tension are alternately repeated by pulling out or rewinding the recording medium 3.
