PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency for shape and prevent entanglement by providing base on which a tight coil is placed in the vertical direction of the axial line, plural supporting posts which are erected on the base to enclose the tight coil, and the annular body which is made of an elastic material and elastically stretched outside these posts.

CONSTITUTION: When wire N is delivered from a tight coil 14, making the thickness of the tight coil thinner, the annular body 13 which is made of an elastic material and stretched outside the posts 17 surrounding the tight coil 14 enters between the wires N, N, supporting the coil part above the position where the annular body enters. As a result, the tight coil 14 is prevented from falling down. Further, the tight coil 14 is structured such that it is placed on a base 11 in the vertical direction of its axial line; therefore, the wire N is capable of being extended gradually linearly as it is delivered upward, obviating the need of installing this jig so much away from a wire drawing machine; and the space efficiency is improved.
