To provide a supply opening unit suppressing accumulation of powder dust as a contaminant source, usage of materials which are limited resources, and energy in processing, in a housing for loading an ultrahigh performance filter used in a clean room and the like.

A mounting hardware (1) for fixing the filter is externally mounted outside of the housing, and a space (9) between the filter (8) and an inside dimension of the housing is minimized to minimize the accumulation of contaminated airflow. As a seal section of the filter and the housing is composed of a bracket metal (2) of a structure not by face contact but by line contact, the pressing force to the filter and each member of the housing can be minimized, and the load to each part of the housing can be minimized. As the components is assembled without having welding sections, environmental load is reduced.
