PURPOSE: To provide complete automatic pressure control regardless of a change in the primary pressure by installing a main shut-down means which shuts down a main piping part with decrease in the primary pressure, a sub shut-down means which shuts down a sub piping part at a higher pressure than the primary pressure for minimum working of a main governor and so on.

CONSTITUTION: In supply piping which controls the pressure of fluid such as city gas from the primary piping 12 to the secondary piping 13 to supply it and where a main piping part 14 and a sub piping part 15 provided with a fluid pressure adjusting function are installed in parallel, and where a main governor 16 is installed at the main piping part 14, there is also a main shut- down means 18 which closes with decrease in the primary pressure. Moreover, there is a direct acting governor 11 at the sub piping part 15, and a sub shut- down means 19 which shuts down at a higher pressure than the primary pressure for minimum acting of the main governor 16 with decrease in the primary pressure. The sub shut-down means 19 is provided with a pressure adjusting function which adjusts the pressure on downstream side to a higher one than the adjusting pressure of the direct acting governor 11.
