PURPOSE: To provide a box pallet-forming support body which is used for providing a pal let with a wall and can engage with the corner part of the wall in a freely detachable manner.

CONSTITUTION: A wall-engaging stretched part 16 is formed in both side faces making an angle of 90° between them around the corner part of a support body 15 and in the vicinity of the both side faces, a projecting part 17 having an outer diameter enabling the projecting part to fit into the opening of a pallet is formed in the lower end of the support body 15, said projecting part is divided in the manner of freely shrinking in the diameter to be formed into a plurality of fitting pieces 23, and a pawl piece 26 composed of an inclined face extending from the outer edge of the projecting part and a flat face formed in the base end part of the inclined face is formed around the tip of the fitting pieces and can be fitted into the opening.
