Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the supporting device of a slide top plate in a desk and the like allowing the slide top plate to be taken out and put in safely and smoothly without giving any impacts on a loaded matter even in the case of loading a heavy matter and improving an assembling work property. SOLUTION: In the supporting device of a slide top plate in a desk and the like having the slide top plate 18 fitted between laterally opposed side plates 3a and 3b in the desk and the like movably backward and forward, an elastic means 28 that is capable of extending and shrinking with a desired resistance lengthwise has one end connected with the underside of the slide top plate 18 and the other end connected with the proper fixing part of the desk, respectively, so as to face approximately sideways at the time when the slide top plate 18 is located at a rear limit, and to be tilted in such a manner that the connection point (a) in the side of the slide top plate is located forward from the connection point (b) in the side of the fixing part at the time when the slide top plate 18 is located at a front limit.
