To provide fastening hardware which enables effective and tight fastening when fixing a metal form by a support of a nearly rectangular cross section.

The fastening hardware is constituted of a fastening bolt 4, an inclination-prevention piece 11, and a pinching member 5. The fastening bolt 4 is provided with a hook 7 on one end and a male screw 8 on the other end. The hook 7 is engaged with a clip hole provided to the metal form 1, and a nut member 6 is screwed to the male screw 8. Then the inclination-prevention piece 11, which is provided to the midpoint of the fastening bolt 4, is brought into contact with the metal form 1 and is used for retaining the fastening bolt 4 in a horizontal position. The pinching member 5 is brought into contact with the front of the support of a nearly rectangular cross section on the fastening bolt 4 and pushes the support in the direction of the metal form 1 by inserting the fastening bolt 4 and fastening the nut member 6. Then the contact edge 6 of the pinching member 5 with respect to the front of the support 2 is constituted by an inclined edge which gradually approaches the metal form 1 toward the upper position. The inclination-prevention piece 11 is shaped like a groove in cross section which engages a rib 1a inside provided to the metal form 1.
