CONSTITUTION: When raising of a manhole part is needed, a manhole cover D is removed, and a hook hole 23 in a hollow rotary cylinder B engages a hook part of a lever. After being unscrewed, the hollow rotary cylinder B is detached from a hollow cylinder 12 of a support frame body A. After a chamber, formed of the inner circumference wall of the hollow cylinder 12, an upper surface of an inside plange 11b, and an outer circumference wall of a molding ring C, is filled with concrete 50 in an amount corresponding to a thickness of a new asphalt pavement layer e, a hollow regulating cylinder B is screwed in the hollow cylinder 12, and the concrete 50 so filled is compressed to squeeze water and laitance for hardening.
