Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably weld an overlapped part even when a thin part is formed at an overlapped part between a base material and a decorative skin.
SOLUTION: By applying vibration with a base material 12 and a decorative skin pressurized by a support jig 21 and a vibration jig 22, the base material 12 and the decorative skin are welded together. A support jig 21 is formed in a given uneven surface shape and provided with a molding surface 24 on which the base material 12 and the decorative skin are laced in an overlapped state. The support jig comprises a support body 23 to nip, in a pressurized state, an overlapped part 20 between the base material 21 and the decorative skin in cooperation with the vibration jig 22 to effect vibration welding; and a plurality of pressure regulating members 30 arranged at the support body 23 and keeping the pressure of the vibration jig 22 at a constant value by absorbing the partial difference in thickness of the overlapped part 20 in a way that the overlapped part 20 is elastically pushed up in the direction of the vibration jig 22. This constitution reliably welds the overlapped part 20.
