PURPOSE: To provide the hydrophilic property and water retention characteristics and the excellent stickiness to a photosensitive layer for the printability.

CONSTITUTION: (1) The mean opening diameter of a micropore formed by anodizing after sealing is 4nm or less, (2) the surface of aluminum of the side for providing a photosensitive composition layer has 0.2 to 1.2mg/min of dissolving velocity in chromium phosphoric acid aqueous solution and 0.40mg/sec of dissolving velocity in sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, where the chromium phosphoric acid aqueous solution is (20g of chromium acid anhydride +35ml of 85wt.% phosphoric acid)/1000ml, and the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution is 0.5wt.%, or (3) the opening area of the micropore formed by the anodizing is 0.5 to 5% of the total support surface area after sealing.
