To enable matching of a supported person and a supporter, including their emotions.SOLUTION: A support mediation apparatus comprises: a first reception unit for receiving request information from a supported person; a second reception unit for receiving expressions of support from one or more supporters; a calculation unit for calculating information indicating a priority order of the supporters that match the request from the supported person including first emotional information that is emotional information of the supported person and second emotional information that is emotional information of each supporter if the second reception unit receives the expressions of support from the supporter in response to the request information of the supported person received by the first reception unit; and an output unit for outputting a calculation result of the calculation unit to a visually impaired person apparatus (1) and a supporter apparatus (3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
