The support member 110 supports liners 103 of heat and pressure-resistant piping 100 with respect to pressure-resistant piping 101 side while covering a gap between the axially adjacent liners 103. The support member 110 includes: a ring part 111 which is coaxially welded and fixed to an outer peripheral surface of one liner 103 to cover the gap; a plurality of leaf spring parts 112 whose base end sides are coupled to the ring parts 111 to protruding tip end sides of the leaf spring parts from the ring parts 111 and which are formed integrally with the ring parts 111 to be arranged at a prescribed interval along a circumferential direction of the ring parts 111; and a plurality of fixed plate parts 113 each integrally formed with tip end sides of the leaf spring parts 112 and made to abut at the surface on the pressure-resistant piping 101 side to be welded and fixed.
