The support for the post is formed with a through hole in an axis part of an elastic columnar body to insert the post, and an annular groove at an axial intermediate part. The post erected inserted through the through hole is flexibly tilted in all directions around the annular groove as a fulcrum by pressure such as impact or contact from the lateral direction. The post released from this pressure can be returned into the predetermined erected state by elastic restoring force without being bent or broken.
