A support roller 30 includes a ball bearing 31 and a jacket 35 covering the outer periphery of the ball bearing 31. The jacket 35 has a first jacket part 36 extending in a circumferential direction along the outer peripheral surface of the ball bearing 31 and a second jacket part 37 extending in a circumferential direction along the outer peripheral surface of the first jacket part 36. The second jacket part 37 is formed of a material which is harder than that of the first jacket part 36. The first jacket part 36 and the second jacket part 37 are recess-projection fitted to each other. A fitting part extending in the circumferential direction is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the first jacket part 36, and the second jacket part 37 is fitted to the fitting part of the first jacket part 36. A fitting part extending in the circumferential direction is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the ball bearing 31, and the first jacket part 36 is fitted to the fitting part of the ball bearing 31.
