On an upper inner circumferential surface of a sewer pipe 10 of a synthetic resin, plural sheath tube support devices 20 of the synthetic resin are fused at a proper interval in a pipe axial direction. In each sheath tube supporting device 20, a cable sheath tube 30 is inserted in the pipe axial direction of the sewer pipe 10. In jointing a pair of the sewer pipes 10 to be connected to each other at a construction site, the sewer pipes 10 are jointed with each other after the cable sheath tubes 30 held in the sewer pipes 10 are jointed with each other.
