To provide support structure capable of fixing a rod-like member so as to be able to serve as rib by highly precisely arranging the same.SOLUTION: Support structure 50 supports a refractory material 110 for blocking an interlayer clearance formed between a steel beam 102 and a wall 104. The support structure comprises a metal fitting 10 that is fixed by clamping a lower flange 102a of a steel beam 102 with an upper plate 12 and a lower plate 16, and a rod-like member 52 fixed to the metal fitting 10. The metal fitting 10 has fixed parts 18 and 20 that cut out a part of the lower plate 16 like tongue-shape, raise up the lower plate 16 as a reference point to a direction separating from the upper plate 12 by a predefined angle, and provide a raised part with apertures 18a and 20a. The rod-like member 52 extends in the direction horizontally crossing the member axis of the steel beam 102 with the same inserted through the apertures 18a and 20a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
