Title:
SUPPORT STRUCTURE OF PRESSING MEMBER IN PRESS WORKING MACHINE SUCH AS HIGH-FREQUENCY WELDER, ETC.
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0418327
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent an accident even when a hand or a finger is held between a work and a pressing member by supporting a support frame, to which the pressing member is fixed, to one part of a piston rod, bringing the support frame to a free movable state in the axial direction and oppositely facing the other section of the piston rod to one part of the support frame at a regular interval.

CONSTITUTION: Both rod type pushing cylinders 10 are fixed to a main body 8 in order to vertically move a support frame 4, a pressing section 2, a receiving member 12 is fastened on its midway of the upper member 11a of a piston rod 11 for the cylinders 10, the upper side member 6 of the support frame 4 is supported to the member 12, and the support frame 4 is brought to a free movable state to a section upper than the receiving member 12. A pushing piece 13 is fixed at the front end of the lower section 11b of the piston rod 11, and the pushing piece 13 is faced oppositely to a lower side member 7 at a regular interval X between the pushing piece 13 and the member 7 under the state in which said support frame 4 is supported by the receiving member 12. When a foreign matter such as a hand, a finger, etc. is interposed between a work and the pressing member 2 on a cradle 1, only its own weight of the support frame works to the foreign matter, and the support frame 4 is floated from the support section of the piston rod 11 within a range of the size X.
