PURPOSE: To increase rigidity by heightening installation force of a magnetic body of a radial magnetic bearing to a rotation axis and increasing a characteristic value.
CONSTITUTION: A rotation axis 21 is inserted into a support member 11 from above a through hole 11a and arranged. A radial magnetic bearing 25 and a radial sensor 33 are arranged on the lower part side in the support member 11. The radial magnetic bearing 25 is constituted of a magnetic body 25a arranged on a small diametrical part of the rotation axis 21 through a collar 65 having specified thickness and an electromagnet stator 25b arranged separated from an outer peripheral surface of the magnetic body 25a. The radial sensor 33 is constituted of a detected body 33a arranged on the side lower than the magnetic body 25a of the radial magnetic bearing 25 and a detection part 33b arranged separated from an outer peripheral surface of the detected body 33a. A plural number of sandwiching members 62, 63, 64 are arranged on both ends of the magnetic body 25a and the detected body 33a in the axial direction and they are fit on the collar 65.
