The elastic holding member 10 includes: a holding part 15 which elastically holds a frame part of the support post from both sides; and an elastic spring part 16 which is formed integrally with the holding part 15 and is inserted between the sound-proof panel and the frame part to elastically support the sound-proof panel and the frame part.
