Abstract:
To provide a support system capable of quickly delivering rescue equipment to a person to be rescued in need of the rescue equipment.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus, when receiving emergency occurrence information from a communication device, performs printing output of notification information for reporting an emergency occurrence position, and when the emergency occurrence information includes that reception of rescue equipment at a position away from the emergency occurrence position is possible, sets a position in the middle of a route from an installation position of the image forming apparatus to the emergency occurrence position as a relay position, includes the relay position in notification information to be printed, and notifies a communication device of the relay position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
