This support tool of the ceiling penetrating pipe is provided for supporting the pipe 17 and sealing the pipe 17, by penetrating the pipe 17 into a through-hole 18 formed in the ceiling panel 11 of the clean room 10, a tool body 21 is formed with a flange 22 for blocking up the through-hole 18, and the flange 22 is integrally formed with a pipe support cylinder 23 inserted into the through-hole 18, an insertion hole 24 formed of the flange 22 and the pipe support cylinder 23 is formed in an inner diameter for insertably-extractably fitting the pipe 17, a ring groove 32 is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole 24, and an O ring 33 is installed in the ring groove 32.
