This support unit 1 is provided with a housing 2 having a through hole 10, the bearing 4 attached to an inner peripheral surface of the through hole 10, and an outer ring pressor 2a attached to the housing 2 in order to apply the pre-load to the bearing 4, and a rotary shaft 12 inserted into the through hole 10 is rotatably supported by the bearing 4. A lubricant supply hole 20 capable of supplying lubricant into a space between an outer ring 14 and an inner ring 16 from the outside of the housing 2 is provided on the outer ring pressor 2a, and a lubricant delivery hole 22 capable of delivering the lubricant from the space between the outer ring 14 and the inner ring 16 to the outside of the housing 2 is provided on the housing 2.
