PURPOSE: To directly mount and fix a supporter by mounting a cushion in a position for covering the sacrum part and the greater trochanter/ilium part, and making the supporter into diaper cover or briefs form.

CONSTITUTION: A diaper cover or briefs form body 1, a sacrum part cushion 2 and a greater trochanter part cushion 3 are formed. These cushions are made so as to be capable of protecting the sacrum part and the greater trochanter/ ilium part which are parts bedsore easily forming parts. The cushions are formed of ones having an effect as cushion such as a bag containing water or air. To mount the body 1, the sacrum part cushion 2 or the greater trochanter part cushion 3, a VELCRO tape is used so as to be attachable and detachable. A proper cushion is selected and mounted on the body 1, and the body 1 is installed to a human body. Even when a load is added to the sacrum or the greater trochanter part/ilium part which is the bedsore easily forming part at lying, the respective cushion disperses the load to protect this part.
