Abstract:
To provide a supporter which can be worn easily and comfortably for a long time and worn near a concerned position with low pressure force, thereby making it possible to improve a motor function around the worn part.SOLUTION: An extendable supporter 100 which covers the circumference of at least a part of the human body, comprising a support member 102 arranged on the side of a part such as an arm and leg, and a belt-like elastic member 104 movably supported by the support member 102, in which the elastic member 104 is arranged along the whole circumference of an outer periphery of the part such as an arm and leg, and has a right turning spiral part 112 which is wound clockwise spirally and a left turning spiral part 114 which is wound counterclockwise spirally, the right turning spiral part 112 and the left turning spiral part 114 are movable to each other at a crossing part 116A (116B) crossed by the two parts, and the elastic member 104 is extendable according to displacement of the part such as the arm and leg.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
