PURPOSE: To increase adhesion by contacting the pole surface of a permanent magnet with a vibration removing base directly or through a soft magnetic substance.

CONSTITUTION: The permanent magnet 1 is magnetized in the vertical direction, the magnetic pole surface A is contacted with a yoke 3, and the magnetic pole surface B is contacted with the soft magnetic substance plate 2. One part of the yoke 3 is contacted with a movable yoke 4, and a non-magnetic substance spacer 5 is mounted between the yoke 4 and the permanent magnet 1. When the yoke 4 is pushed down and a stopper 6 is contacted with the lower surface of the yoke 3, the lower surface of the yoke 4 and the lower surface of the soft magnetic substance plate 2 are positioned on the same surface. An attachment is attached on a base such as the vibration removing base by a magnetic path passing the permanent magnet 1-the yoke 3-the yoke 4-a base (not shown)-the soft magnetic substance plate 2, and strongly attached even when the base has low permeability because the area of adhesion is wide.
