PURPOSE: To make small a curl caused by heat during transfer recording and to made it practically no problem by forming respectively a surface layer, a base material layer and a rear face layer with a uniaxially drawn film of a crystalline polypropylene, a biaxially drawn film and a crystalline thermoplastic resin and specifying respectively a melting peak temp. of the DSC curve of each resin.
CONSTITUTION: A crystalline PP resin with a melting peak temp. of the DSC curve of 160°C or higher is used for a base material layer 2 and a surface layer 1 wherein an image receiving layer 4 is provided. In addition, a uniaxially drawn film contg. 8-65wt.% inorg. fine powder is used for the surface layer and a biaxially drawn film contg. 30wt.% or less inorg. fine particle is used for a base material layer 2. At least one crystalline thermoplastic resin such as PE wherein the peak temp. is at most 160°C and lower by at least 4°C than that for the PP resin is used for a rear face layer 3. This supporting body can be obtd. e.g. by melt-laminating the surface layer 1 on one face of the uniaxially drawn base material layer 2 and the rear face layer 3 on another face, drawing it after cooling in the direction being crossed at right angle with the drawn direction of the base material layer 2 and heat-treating it.
